Who Should I Contact With Questions About The Material?
Email info@ohmcenter.com for any questions about course material. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours, and for weekend questions, we usually reply on Monday.
How Long Do I Have Access to These Courses
You will have 12 months to use these courses. Extensions can be given if you choose to enroll in the Meditation Teacher Training (still in progress).
What Devices Can I Use to Access Courses?
This course can be accessed through any device (iPad, mobile phone, computer, laptop). All the courses except the Intro to Meditation class will look better on a smaller device.
What is Your Refund Policy?
We will offer you a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase, only if less than 10% of the course has been completed. Once you have completed more than 10% of the course, a refund is not available.

All of our classes are supportive of helping you feel better, physically, mentally and emotionally. As well, each of our classes helps you build a foundation for a strong meditation practice.
I've Tried Meditation Before without Success, How Will this Help?
Suzanne has taught meditation for over 25 years to people from all walks of life. She has synthesized her learning into a proven way of approaching meditation so that people can experience something beyond “sitting and trying not to think of anything.” Even if you have tried other methods without success, we urge you to try Suzanne’s approach.
How Often Will You Be Adding New Classes?
We plan on releasing new classes each week until the bulk of the pre-recorded classes have been added to the offerings.
In Suzanne’s experience, it takes about 2 years of daily practice to gain a solid foundation for your spiritual/meditation classes.
How Much Time Do You Recommend Setting Aside for Classes?
The Intro to Meditation Series leaves you with a 3-5 minute daily practice. Suzanne’s emphasis is quality over quantity, and she wants you to learn that you can feel a real difference even in short periods of time.
For the Wisdom Training classes, the lecture portion is typically 10-20 minutes and can be listened to at any time. Each class also includes a meditation practice which ranges about 10 minutes. We encourage people to do the practices as well as listen to the lecture, as the lecture helps open up your energy and be able to enter into a deeper sit.
